Requirements:
- 25 years old
- 2 years OTR verifiable experience
- Class A CDL
- Qualifiable MVR
- Current DOT physical, must have drug screen
- 10 years work history - - last 3 years verified

STEP 2:
Be approved to lease on with Fikes.

Once your application is approved, we’ll invite you to attend our thorough Orientation Program in one of our three locations:
- Hope, AS
- Birmingham, AL
- Owensboro, KY
We’ll spend time getting to know one another as we provide all the tools and information you’ll need to be successful as a part of our team.

Work with our vendor partners to select your truck |
